Concerned About Size
Although sharing a placenta between two sets of twins was not a major problem, it did have an effect on the babies. The growth of one baby would be slowed, resulting in it not reaching the same size as the other two. Despite this, a slew of other issues was found to be cause for concern. In the grand scheme of things, this was a non-issue.
Complications that could occur
During her pregnancy, she had a number of serious health issues. One of these factors was the high probability of premature births. This occurs frequently in sets of identical twins, but triplets have a much higher chance of having it.
