We can’t say for sure that this sign is a joke, even though it hurts. There are those people who are simply… Well, I suppose. As most people are aware, pigeons are wild animals—and rather common ones at that. We don’t know how somebody might mistake a pigeon for a pet parrot or something like that, but we also wouldn’t rule out the potential that humanity as a whole could make such a mistake.

Given the poor IQ of the ordinary person, we are certain that this sign is a joke. After all, nobody could possibly be this foolish. Who would reveal their address if they knew their keys were in the hands of someone else? Unfortunately, since we are aware that occasionally people can be pretty ignorant, we cannot be certain that it is a joke. I hope he didn’t mistakenly set up a house invasion.
