Despite our best efforts, we do not want to spoil your enjoyment of pro wrestling, but almost everyone is aware that not everything that takes on in the ring is true. The victors have already been determined in advance, much of the dialogue you hear has been scripted, and the wrestlers also perform a great deal of acting when the crowd is present. There may be no connection between wrestlers who are labeled as brothers or family members, and the same is true for wrestlers who are billed as love partners. In truth, there are wrestlers that have teamed up with one another at some time in their careers. Continue reading to find out which of our favorite wrestlers have been in relationships in the past or are now in relationships!

Wrestling Romances That Did Not Only Stay In The Ring But Also In Real Life
Stephanie McMahon & Triple H
This has had to be one of the most well-known and powerful partnerships in the history of professional wrestling. For more than 15 years, Triple H, the WWE superstar, and Stephanie McMahon, the company’s chief brand officer, have been together. Their involvement in a famous storyline in 1999, in which Triple H married her after drugging her and dragging her to a drive-through chapel in Las Vegas, cemented their place in wrestling history. A year later, the two began a serious relationship, which culminated in their marriage in 2003.

Stephanie McMahon & Triple H
Nikki Bella & John Cena
Unfortunately, Nikki Bella and John Cena were not able to go down the aisle with the other couples who had gone before them. Individually, they are two of the most well-liked representatives in the organization. They had been together for six years when they had a high-profile breakup in the summer of 2018. They were engaged in a manner that was reminiscent of classic wrestling. During WrestleMania 33, he got down on one knee and proposed to her after they won a tag-team bout!

Nikki Bella & John Cena
Brie Bella & Daniel Bryan
Similarly, Brie Bella was involved in a well-publicized relationship with another wrestler, albeit hers is still going strong today. She is married to Daniel Bryan, who is well-liked by WWE fans. They exchanged vows in 2014 during a ceremony that included a large number of other wrestlers in attendance. John Cena, who was in attendance with Nikki, was one of those who had attended the event. In an episode of the E! reality series Total Divas, in which Bella also appeared, an episode of the wedding was broadcasted. Bryan appeared to be involved with AJ Lee on the screen, but this was only for show, as it turned out. Indeed, in real life, she is married to another wrestler.

Brie Bella & Daniel Bryan
AJ Lee & CM Punk
When she was a part of the WWE during the early 2010s, AJ Lee had to be one of the most well-known female wrestlers in the world. CM Punk, her real-life husband, was possibly the most renowned man in the world at the time of their marriage. The power couple has previously collaborated on movie projects, however Lee has been associated to a number of other wrestlers in a number of stories. I just wanted to let you know that these two tied the knot in 2014 and are still happily married. They have, however, both decided to leave the world of professional wrestling.

AJ Lee & CM Punk
Brock Lesnar & Sable
Sable was extremely popular in the late 1990s, which was the heyday of professional wrestling. She also made an appearance in Playboy, which went on to become the best-selling magazine in history thanks to the sales of that issue. Brock Lesnar entered the company in the early 2000s and went on to become one of the most popular champions in the world. This is a position that he continues to hold to this day. Even though they were never the subject of a love storyline on WWE, they did get married in 2006. On top of that, they are the parents of two sons!

Brock Lesnar & Sable

They’ve been together since 2000, to be exact! In 2005, they were formally united as husband and wife. It turns out that Booker T proposed to her when she was scrubbing the dishes in their kitchen. Booker T & Sharmell
Miss Elizabeth & Randy Savage
When you saw the topic, we’re confident that the images of Randy “Macho Man” Savage and Miss Elizabeth popped into your head right away. During the 1980s, the two wrestlers had great chemistry on screen and were a great team. At SummerSlam 1991, the WWE stars exchanged vows in the middle of the arena floor. This moment has been referred to as “one of the most memorable moments in the history of wrestling.”

Miss Elizabeth & Randy Savage

Brandi and Cody Rhodes are without a doubt the most powerful pair in professional wrestling at the moment. They collaborate in the operation of All Elite Wrestling. Diamond Dallas Page & Kimberly
Maryse & The Miz
This is another another well-known duo in the world of wrestling. The made-for-TV duo is a hit both inside and outside of the ring, and it’s no surprise why. Maryse and The Miz were two of the most feared villains in the history of professional wrestling for nearly a decade. She is of French Canadian descent, whilst he is of Ohio origin. Their larger-than-life personalities, on the other hand, complement one another, and they eventually decided to tie the knot in 2014. Rusev is referred to as “The Bulgarian Brute” because he is originally from the country of Bulgaria. Lana, on the other hand, was born in Florida, despite the fact that her plot revolves on a Russian femme fatale. As part of their wedding celebrations, they had two weddings: one in the United States and another in Bulgaria.

Lana & Rusev
Edge & Lita
It may come as a surprise to some that this infamous romantic narrative in WWE is based on true events. Actually, the legendary women’s champion was involved with the WWE superstar for a few of years before her death in 2011. In the end, Lita ended up having an affair with Edge, who was still married at the time of the affair. Several years later, WWE exploited the situation to promote a feud between the two guys. Lita and Edge had a tremendously sexualized onscreen relationship that appeared to be a mirror image of their offscreen relationship. The following year, she began dating CM Punk, while Edge began dating a new WWE superstar.

Edge & Lita

These two lovebirds have both been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, making them the first and only married couple to receive such a distinction!

Edge & Beth Phoenix
Michelle McCool & Undertaker
It seems logical that the Undertaker does not have a love narrative to go along with his terrifying television appearance as a deceased man who has been brought back to life. However, since 2010, the famed WWE wrestler has been married to Michelle McCool, a fellow grappler who he has known since childhood! She was regarded as one of the company’s most powerful women in the late 2000s. Her husband, on the other hand, has been a fixture at the company since its inception in the early 1990s. This duo, who is one of the best-known in the world of wrestling, is represented by two different firms. In the WWE, Jon Moxley (of AEW) used to go by the ring name Dean Ambrose. Since 2017, he has been married to Renee Young, who works as a WWE analyst. After dating for more than three years, they exchanged vows in a private garden ceremony at 1 o’clock in the morning. It’s likely that their real-life relationship made things unpleasant for her on-screen, as Moxley was known for portraying a reckless villain before switching from WWE to AEW in 2019. Her Instagram page is brimming with beautiful photographs of the two of them. Here’s something you should look at! Moxley certainly appears to be up to no good in this picture.

Jon Moxley & Renee Young

Maria Kanellis is a WWE wrestler who is both aggressive and hilarious. She has had several noteworthy storylines involving her marriage to Mike Kanellis, who has played the role of her husband. He is portrayed as henpecked because Maria frequently berates him in the ring, which gives him a bad reputation. Additionally, he adopted her last name as his own on the show, despite the fact that they actually use Bennett, his own last name, in real life. They appear to be in a one-sided and tense relationship onscreen, but they are actually quite content with each other behind the scenes. They enjoy parenting their two children and working as a team! If you have a look at this Instagram photo by Maria, you will be able to see just how lively their home environment genuinely is. Aww.

It depicts the couple both before and after the birth of their adorable kid!

JoJo & Bray Wyatt

Daniel Bryan & Gail Kim

She later determined that it was due to his steroid-induced mood swings.

Tyson Kidd and Natalya Neidhart are two of the most famous wrestlers in the world. For quite some time, the two Canadian legends have been involved with one another. They began dating in 2003 and were married the following year. The event was also broadcast on a Total Divas episode, which was also televised. Natalya has maintained a consistent presence in the WWE for many years. Meanwhile, he announced his retirement from the screen in 2015 after suffering a horrific injury on the set. Despite this, he continues to work for the organization outside of the ring.

Alexa Bliss & Buddy Murphy
If you look through the Instagram account of Australian wrestler Buddy Murphy, you will come across a number of photographs similar to this one, among others. In the past, he enjoyed flaunting his relationship with Alexa Bliss, a fellow WWE performer who also happened to be his fiancée at the time. Unfortunately, the two stars have chosen to call it quits and will no longer be engaged in 2019. They had been a well-known WWE couple for a number of years, and they had even reared a pet pig as a family. Unfortunately, it appears that they were not meant to be.

Cody Rhodes & Eden Stiles
Even though Cody’s latest gimmick featured him donning a bodysuit and makeup to resemble a bizarre being from beyond the stars, he and his lovely wife are one of the more understated couples in wrestling. It’s no secret that throughout his career, Cody was a top WWE prospect, even when they gave him a series of laughably awful gimmicks. Eden, a ring announcer for NXT, worked her way up the ranks to work both backstage and in the ring for Raw. She also played a significant role in the WWE’s internet presence (including many videos and photos with a certain Stardust lurking in the background). Cody asked his release from WWE because he was unhappy with the way the company was treating him, and Eden did the same shortly after, which diminished their prominence in the public eye.

Cody Rhodes & Eden Stiles
Adam Cole & Britt Baker
Both an AEW wrestler and a dentist, Britt Baker! The WWE NXT Champion that has held the title the longest is Adam Cole! What a fantastic team they make. Baker is distinctive in that she only visits NXT to watch her AEW partner wrestle. She is the only wrestler to have done both NXT and SmackDown, albeit the latter was ruled to have used her picture accidentally.

Adam Cole & Britt Baker
Aiden English & Shaul Guerrero
The marriage of Aiden English to the Guerreros has long been a well-known fact. Eddie’s widow Vickie Guerrero gave birth to Shaul, the couple’s lone kid. She was employed by WWE in the FCW and NXT development divisions up until 2014. She has already made an announcement about her participation in the 2020 AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament. Aiden English was a tag team wrestler before working as a WWE analyst. He was released earlier this year along with other others because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Allie & The Blade
The Blade (AKA Braxton Sutter) was set up to marry Laurel Van Ness (AKA Chelsea Green) in an embarrassing storyline in Impact Wrestling, however fans of Impact Wrestling should be aware that he and Allie were already married two years before they signed with Impact in 2013. Cherry Bomb and Pepper Parks, also known as Cherry Bomb and Pepper Parks, met and fell in love on the independent music scene.

Allie & The Blade
Awesome Kong & Dan Ouellette
Some rumors claim that the couple got engaged in 2011 and eventually got married, although this is unconfirmed. Here, we have indie wrestler Dan Ouellette and TNA Wrestling icon Awesome Kong. The fact that Ouellette reposts her tweets on his profile demonstrates the persistence of the couple’s romance.

Awesome Kong & Dan Ouellette
Bayley & Aaron Solow
Soon after making her pro wrestling debut in 2008, Bayley met Aaron Solow. She was 21 years old when they first began dating, and they have been together ever since. Even though Bayley left indie wrestling in 2012, the couple remained together. In 2016, they got engaged. Solow tweeted the following in 2018, lamenting the fact that fans were more excited about him proposing to Bayley than he was about his skills. Reby Hardy replied that most ladies who marry famous actors or musicians lead lives similar to this.

Bayley & Aaron Solow
Brian Cage & Melissa Santos
Melissa and Brian first crossed paths in 2016 while they were both employed with Lucha Underground. They got married in 2019 when they relocated to Impact Wrestling, and Father James Mitchell officiated a fake ceremony in front of the cameras. With the exception of two fights, Melissa has largely served as an announcer. She also hosts and provides the voice for the Impact Twitch channel. Brian Cage occasionally appears on the Twitch channel because Melissa streams live from their house.

Brian Cage & Melissa Santos
Brian Kendrick & Taylor Matheny
Taylor Matheny is a lesser-known artist than Brian Kendrick. She lost against Nidia in the Finals, as anyone who watched the first Tough Enough will remember (manager of Jamie Noble). In contrast to the winners and runners-up Nidia, Maven, Josh Mathews, and Christopher Nowinski, WWE did not award her a position within the organization. She last appeared in a WWE-related YouTube video where Kendrick was training Eva Marie. Despite being married since 2008, they haven’t had any kids together.

Brian Kendrick & Taylor Matheny
Bubba Ray Dudley & Velvet Sky
Their time spent together at Impact Wrestling a few years ago was the seed for their friendship. At the Dudley Boyz WWE Hall of Fame induction, Velvet Sky made her debut on WWE-related content. The last noteworthy development was Bubba Ray’s tweet about Velvet being “stiff” in bed. So it’s not what you think, I guess. He was making a joke about Sky needing to learn how to work properly when he claimed that she headbutted him while she was dozing. Since Bubba Ray left WWE, he and Sky have largely worked for Ring Of Honor.

Bubba Ray Dudley & Velvet Sky
Cedric Alexander & Big Swole
Apart from Adam Cole and Britt Baker, several married couples also work for WWE and AEW. Alexander and Swole were married and welcomed their first kid in 2018. Cedric has been employed with Ring Of Honor since 2009 until being recruited by WWE to compete in their new cruiserweight division. Big Swole is still a relatively novice to the industry despite making her debut in 2015. She was signed by AEW after proving her worth on the independent circuit. Her biggest victory to date came this month when she defeated Britt Baker at All Out in the dentist’s office.

Cedric Alexander & Big Swole
Drake Maverick & Renee Michelle
He managed EC3 and occasionally competed on TNA/Impact Wrestling under the ring name Rockstar Spud. He was granted the position of General Manager of 205 Live upon joining WWE, and his name was altered to “WWE.” For his pursuit of R-Truth and his recent success in NXT, he is most known to WWE fans. After R-Truth and Renee Michelle were married in 2019, WWE thought it would be funny to arrange a mock wedding, which he crashed. Renee is a novice wrestler who primarily competes in the independent circuit. She fell victim to Candice LeRae in her debut WWE encounter at the 2017 Mae Young Classic.

Drake Maverick & Renee Michelle
Eddie & Alisha Edwards
They have a lengthy history of collaboration in Impact Wrestling. Alisha, a jobber for Awesome Kong, debuted in the TNA back in 2008. Given that Eddie has been in the wrestling profession for 18 years and Alisha for 14 years, Eddie and Alisha are one of the most seasoned active couples in the sport. Their daughter resides with them.

Eddie & Alisha Edwards
Ember Moon & Matthew Palmer
Matthew Palmer got down on one knee in the center of the ring during an independent wrestling event in 2017 and asked his girlfriend Athena to marry him. Ember Moon earned the NXT Champion as a result of their marriage in 2018 before making her main roster debut in 2019. Even though Palmer has participated in a few tag team contests for Impact Wrestling, he still works for independent organizations.

Victoria & David Beckham
Prominent athletes often fall in love with celebrities from other disciplines. This is what happened with kicker David Beckham and Spice Girl Victoria Adams. He has now hung up his football boots and she is even more successful as a designer than as a singer. Despite recurring crisis rumors, the Beckhams recently celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary. The three sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper crown the happiness of the celebrity couple.

Victoria & David Beckham
Shakira & Gerard Piqué
The footballer and singer pairing also exists with Barcelona kicker Gerard Piqué and Shakira. During the soccer World Cup in South Africa in 2010, there were sparks between the Colombian “Waka Waka” interpreter and the Spanish world champion. They both celebrate their birthdays on February 2nd, however, she is ten years ahead of him. The couple have two sons together, Milan (*2013) and Sasha (*2015).

Gisele Bündchen & Tom Brady
Relationships between models and athletes are also more common. Football quarterback Tom Brady fell in love with Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen on a date arranged by a mutual friend in late 2006. The fact that his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan, whom he had recently split, discovered that she was pregnant around the same time quickly tested the new relationship, but didn’t break the couple up. Gisele and Tom married in February 2009, and in the same year the top model gave birth to their son Benjamin. Daughter Vivian followed in December 2012.

Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ana Ivanovic
After the rumors became more and more intensified, soccer world champion Bastian Schweinsteiger, 30, came clean in February and confessed to his “solid couple relationship” – according to the less romantic description of his lawyer – to the tennis player Ana Ivanovic, 27. Since then the two hardly reveal anything about their relationship.

Roger Federer and Miroslava Vavrinec
Swiss tennis pro Roger Federer, 33, met and fell in love with his wife Miroslava “Mirka” Vavrinec, 37, a Slovakian tennis player, on the fringes of the Sydney Olympics in 2000. With Federer’s successful career and four children – twin girls and twin boys – time is certainly a valuable asset in their relationship as well. But the marriage lasts.

Hayden Panettiere & Wladimir Klitschko
There is also the combination of actress and professional boxer. Hayden Panettiere, who has been in show business since childhood, and Wladimir Klitschko met in 2009. In 2011, the two took a break from their relationship, in 2013 they announced their engagement shortly after their reunion. In the meantime, the 1.53 meter little actress and the 1.98 meter tall heavyweight boxer are parents of a daughter. Hayden has suffered from postnatal depression since the birth of little Kaya, and she was last treated for it in May. Despite all the rumors of separation, Wladimir is there to support his fiancée.

Robert Almer & Dominique Nadarajah
At the European Championships in France, team goalkeeper Robert Almer was a ray of hope in the completely out-of-form ÖFB team and even taught the future European champion Cristiano Ronaldo to fear. Privately, you don’t have to fear Almer as a family man at all. In 2003, the goalie fell in love with swimmer Dominique, the older of the two Nadarajah sisters. They got married in 2009, daughter Juna-Éloise was born in 2012, son Samuel-Etienne in February 2016. Dominique retired from active swimming some time ago, but founded a swimming club with her sister to introduce children to the sport.

Steffi Graf & Andre Agassi
It was like a sensation when the relationship between the two tennis stars Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi became known in 1999. The American bird of paradise and the brave German “Countess” – at first glance an unlikely pair. On the second, however, they fit together like a pot and lid. The ex-tennis aces have been married since October 2001, and the children Jaden Gil (*2001) and Jaz Elle (*2003) crowned the happiness of the couple, who live together in Las Vegas.

Chris Bosh & Adrienne Williams
When Chris Bosh and Adrienne Williams were queuing to determine their height, they were probably in different queues: the Miami Heat forward (2.11 meters) is 59 centimeters taller than his queen of hearts.

Yao Ming & Ye Li
The lady on the left is basketball professional Ye Li. Her height: 1.90 meters. Still, at least she looks small next to her husband. However, almost everyone feels the same way, because ex-NBA professional Yao Ming measures 2.29 meters!

Lala Anthony & Carmelo Anthony
You can get a stiff neck: If Lala Anthony wants to look her husband in the eye, she has to look far up. NBA star Carmelo Anthony (2.03) is a lot taller than his wife (1.68 meters).

Silvia Lopez & Pau Gasol
Silvia Lopez, wife of NBA pro Pau Gasol, makes up for her smaller stature with charm and beauty. The Spaniard is currently hunting for baskets for the Chicago Bulls.

Joe Flacco & Dana Grady
Joe Flacco (1.98 meters) and Dana Grady separate about 43 centimeters from each other. But the Baltimore Ravens star quarterback and his wife prove that different heights don’t have to stand in the way of great love.
