The problem is that it is simple to form a bond with a sociable stray dog, and once you do, it can be difficult to let him go. The fact that a dog is wearing a collar indicates that it probably already belongs to a family, therefore people should always bear that in mind. Always feel free to keep your own dog at home! Ideally, advertisements like this one are humorous the majority of the time.
